N. Brown Group said Wednesday that Frasers Group has increased its shareholding in the clothing-and-footwear retailer to 19.36% from 18.91%.
Following the increase, sports-fashion retailer Frasers holds a total of 89.7 million of N. Brown shares, representing a total value of 20.7 million pounds ($26.3 million) given Tuesday’s closing price of 23.05 pence a share.
